These terms cover your use of the mulyium website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you agree to them. We have tried to write them in plain language rather than in legalese.

Who we are
mulyium is an online store in India selling bags, wallets, belts and briefcases. We do not manufacture them ourselves: we source them from manufacturers we trust, check them, and sell them directly to you. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean mulyium. Where they say "you", they mean the person placing the order.

Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. A sale is made once we confirm your order by email and the parcel is dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order if the piece is out of stock, if the price or description was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you get a full refund.

Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
