A question about sizing, a faulty product, a bulk order, or a parcel that has gone astray — write to us here. A person reads every one of these, and you will not be sent round a form loop.
Before you write

- Every message lands in a real inbox and is answered by a person on our team, normally within two working days. You get a copy of what you sent straight away.
- 02About an order
- Send the order number, and a photograph if something arrived wrong. That is usually the difference between one reply and three.
- 03Something faulty?
- Send your order number and a photograph of the problem. Damaged, faulty or wrong products are replaced or refunded, and we pay the postage.
- 04Bulk, corporate and press
- All welcome — put it in the subject line and it goes to the right person rather than into the general queue.
