No. Most of what we sell is machine-made by manufacturers we source from. We choose the styles, check every order before it is packed, and sell directly so the price stays low.

No, and we never pretend otherwise. Our range includes genuine leather, PU (synthetic) leather, canvas and fabric. The material is listed on every product page, so you know exactly what you are buying.

Keep it out of long spells of direct sun and away from heaters. If it gets wet, wipe it and let it dry on its own, away from heat. Wipe off dust with a soft dry cloth, and store bags stuffed lightly so they keep their shape.

If a product arrives damaged or wrong, or a manufacturing fault shows up within 3 days of delivery, send us your order number and a photograph. We will replace or refund it and cover the postage. We do not offer repairs.

Two to four working days across most of India, and up to seven for remote pincodes. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery is free on orders above the threshold shown at checkout. Below that, the exact charge for your pincode is calculated before you pay — there is never a surprise added later.

Measure a belt you already wear from the buckle prong to the hole you use, in inches — that number is the size to order, not your trouser waist. If you are between sizes, take the larger one: our buckles unscrew, so a belt can be shortened at home but not lengthened.

Yes. Send back any unused piece within 3 days of delivery and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Start the return from My orders in your account. Return postage on a change of mind is paid by you, and if the piece is faulty or wrong we pay it both ways. The full details are on the returns page.
